Dow Jones are a global leader in news and business intelligence, including some of the widest-read and most-respected brands, like The Wall Street Journal, Factiva, Barron’s, MarketWatch and Financial News.
Ahead of a complete website redesign later in the year, an analytics ausit was needed to be conducted to inform key persona journeys and the UX design stage to come.
I conducted a Google Analytics and Hotjar audit of the current site. This audit was then presented to a range of key stakeholders to inform the next stage of the project.
