PAI has over 75,000 employees managing portfolios across 166 different countries. They operate in 5 core markets including Business Services, Food & Consumer, General Industrials, Healthcare and Retail & Distribution.
The industry had recently seen a number of high profile rebranding projects but few of these had really surfaced the key differences, the attitude and the approach of the firms in question. PAI were very clear that their focus was on much more than a face lift.
Working in partnership with branding agency Purpose, we were appointed to create a best in class digital presence.
My role in this project was in UX Research and UX Design to support the Lead UX Designer.
Re-imagining essential user journeys to highlight PAI’s unique industry approach and to reinforce their expertise. A focus was placed on being able to easily browse investments by sector whilst at the same time being able to easily access relevant case studies.
A website that reflected where PAI Partners were in 2016 and where they were headed.
In the 6 months since launch the website saw a significant decrease in bounce rates, an increase in the amount of time that visitors spent on website pages and 30% increase in traffic.
