BT are a multinational telecommunications company with operations in around 180 countries. They are the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband and mobile services in the UK, and also provides subscription television and IT services.
Conduct an audit of all the current communications being sent to Broadband, Phone and TV customers within the first 6 weeks. Following a successful feedback session with key stakeholders, prototype wireframes to show the improved customer communications journey.
