SO-SURE are an Insurtech startup whose mission is to restore consumer trust in insurance through their innovative social insurance USP.
In order to receive further seed funding SO-SURE needed to diversify their product offering. They had already proved that their social insurance USP works within the phone insurance category and it was now time to take this offering to home contents insurance.
The brief was to wireframe the entire end-to-end user journey for the Home Contents MVP and to evaluate how this new product should sit alongside the existing SO-SURE phone insurance app.

The complete customer journey, from SO-SURE home page to Home Contents app MVP delivered in wireframes to the SO-SURE developers. The app had been built and is available to download from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
